Top news:Journalists start trip from the Netherlands .

Delegation of journalists spearheaded by Dahir Abdulle Alasow
the chairman of Association of Somali Journalists started their
journey from Holland and will be going to Belgium, France, Italy,
Germany, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Austria, England and
Ukraine.
“Our trip is burdened with crucial issues and we shall be visiting
the entire of the countries mentioned above and our mission is
chiefly based on meeting international organizations of journalists
and our fellow Somali journalist in the countries which we shall
be visiting, what we are also targeting to meet with is the officials
of Ahlu-Sunnah Waljama in the these countries, and the heads of
the somalis in the Diaspora in each country” said Dahir Abdulle
Alasow the chairman of the Associations of Somali Journalists.
Mr. Dahir Alasow urged the Somali journalist jointly to stand
on how to stop those individuals with the no faith and calling
themselves to be Somali who lavishness are using the name of Somali
journalists from the international bodies concerned in fighting
for rights of journalists.
“I am sure today the Somali journalists are fully a wear that
their name is used in proper way, I mean as an NGO to take wealth
from the bodies which care for the journalists as whole in this
opportunity I would to thank the government Djibouti which has
endorsed the sounds which were coming from the needy Somali journalists
that their country which is a good brother to Somali should not
be where Somali journalists are bitten from” said the chairman
of the Association of Somali Journalists Dahir Alasow.
The chairman has also sent messages of thanksgiving to the businessmen
in Djibouti for their tirelessness brotherly assistance to the
Somali journalists who fled from their country due to perhaps
threats, torture or alike.
The Chairman of ASOJ has added that Rome was not built in a day
and one day one time they will get rid of those individuals who
are benefiting from the rights of the innocent Somali Journalist.
“What has inspired us most is when we have verified that there
are some individuals who are benefiting in the killings of Somali
journalist on the ground and paying lucrative sum of money to
individuals on the ground so that journalists start fleeing and
after that they are paid handsome sum of money to settle fled
journalist which of course they are not doing, all in all we shall
leave no stone unturned, and with the will of God we shall overcome
these individuals whom we know them who they are” said the Chairman
of Association of Somali Journalist Dahir Alasow.
